Vervolgens wilden we weer terug naar Cheynes Bay. Het weer was helemaal opgeknapt én het verhaal van 3 moederwalvissen met kalveren in Cheynes Bay blijft in onze gedachten. We besluiten om nog 1 keer terug te rijden naar Cheynes Bay. Ook omdat we het caravanpark daar fijner vinden dan het park in Albany.
De middag in Cheynes Bay rustig aan gedaan. Met name een wandeling naar een hoge top met uitzicht over de Oceaan én de Baai. Genoten van het zonnetje, maar helaas……………..de walvissen niet gespot. Waarschijnlijk zijn ze echt weggezwommen naar Antartica.

In de avond begon het weer te miezeren. Gelukkig kwamen de kangoeroes grazen langs de camper, waardoor het regenachtige weer in het niet viel bij de schattigheid van zoveel kangoeroes.
